      Hi,
I bought an Ibanez AEG20E acustic-electric guitar with a Flamed Scyamore top, a very pretty guitar. I found some clear adheasive backed material for a pick guard for $13.00 that is a 10" x 12" sheet, but I don’t feel confident I could cut to fit my guitar.
Is it possible for you to make one for me that covers on both sides of the "hole" to protect the finish? Also, I am not sure that adhesive backed is the best way to go because the glue would destroy the finish, so I am more leaning towards screwed on guard. I would appreciate your thoughts on this, and your price for making one for me. I know this is not a vintage Gibson or Martin guitar, but I sure don’t want my guitar damaged by careless picking, and I would still like to see the Scyamore wood finish. I would like to have two pick guards so after one is "used" pretty thourly, I could replace it for a like-new look again later (again a good reason to use screws). I plan on taking very good care of this guitar. I am also buying the made to fit Ibanez hard shell case to protect it as well.
Please let me know what you can do for me.

      Thank You,
      Gary D. Jones
