Manuel Reyes Flamenco blanca 85
This blanca sounds so sweet, beautiful and lyrical, melodically, it sings like a human voice, when played hard it awakens with a intensive bite. As sweet as the tone is, rasguedos still explode as fired by a machine gun. Our artisanos Martín y José reapplied new French Polish making its condition excellent with no damage or repairs. This guitar is a true masterpiece, in absolute mint condition, very easy to play, amazing volume, strong flamenco basses and percussive trebles and could easily please the most discriminating player or collector.
If you want to know how Manuel Reyes his guitars feel and sound we invite you to watch, listen and enjoy the high definition video of our La Sonanta song played together with palmas and cajon on our website www.lasonanta.eu.
Manuel Reyes Maldonado of Cordoba was born in Jayena, Granada, on July 18th 1934. He began making guitars in 1949 and had some verbal guidance from Joaquin Sánchez Galisteo of Cordoba and from Marcelo Barbero of Madrid. Manuel Reyes is considered to be the greatest and most sought-after contemporary flamenco builders in the world. He is known for his excellent workmanship and authentic Andalusian flamenco sound. His guitars have been played by dozens of flamenco professionals all over the world, perhaps the most notably being Vicente Amigo. His waitlist for new instruments is now closed due to its enormous size.

I bought a guitar in Turkey
Sir,
I am an American in the U.S> Air Force stationed in Turkey and decided to teach myself to play guitar. In coming to this decision I needed a guitar and since the prices in Turkey for everything is so cheap I decided to buy one on the local economy. In doing so I decided on a Jumbo acoustic made by Sonora (it said made in Spain) with the identifier of MG 01911 on the label. I can not find anything about this brand of guitar anywhere on the web. Can you give me any idea of the quality and price of this brand of guitar. I spent $150.00 on it and was told that the price was originally $250 - $280. (It is well known that you can haggle a better price in Turkey) It is also well known that you can get ripped off here as well. Did I or not? That is my question to you.
Thanks for any reply.
Rick
