Keep it. I have on also and have been able to find very little information on it. I think it evolved out of the Guild Thunderstar amp. It is a great sounding amp. From what I've been able to find, it is probably underpriced at this time and will sell for around $500.00. There is no way you could get a compairable amp for anywhere close to that price....Uglybro
