The earlier made YC200 is not the same as the one made later on, which is actually (if an Alvarez Yairi CY200) if made for sale in Japan (K. Yairi) it would be YC200 model also, just not the same as the one made in the 1970's and 1980's.

: I own one. It's a 1974 model. It still sounds great. I saw that there's an Alvarez Yairi Model CY200 selling at US$3299 on the web. Looks the same as the YC-200. Same specs. Wonder if it is the same.
