Here is an email that I received from David Coram from LOUD Technologies:
I received your letter yesterday and was able to find some information about your guitar. It is a Folk Western model. It has a spruce top with mahogany back and sides, rosewood bridge and a rosewood fingerboard. The retail price in 1980 was $215. Today’s equivalent in the construction of the guitar would be an RD6 with a retail price of $239.99. The guitar that is similar to 5014’s place in the product line would be the AD60S at $429.99. The AD60S has a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides.
As you can see, it's not an expensive acoustic guitar. But like many others, this was my first guitar and I still have it. Sounds nice. Not real easy to play, but does the job. Hope this helps.
