AMPEG / HAGSTROM: PATCH 2000 PEDAL

I'm looking for a guitar pedal that was manufactured by AMPEG. The official name that Ampeg assigned to this unit is the PATCH 2000 PEDAL. It was exclusively designed for the HAGSTROM SWEDE PATCH 2000 guitar and/or bass - it can be used for either.
This unit also came with SPECIAL CABLES (two sets?) used to connect the pedal to the guitar. If you have, or you know anyone that has, please… let me know.

I have one, natural, good condition and the case is excellent. I will probably sell it in the next 2 months. I have 37 other guitars, some are Gibson, Gretsch, etc., and I just divorced - don't need that many guitars any longer. Interested?

Does your guitar have gold plated hardware, a red, white and blue eagle and one piece construction?

Les Paul repair

Hope you can help. I have a friend who has a Gibson, model Les Paul Epiphone, serial number, I believe, is 1100561, made in Korea. The problem is that somehow his output jack came loose and disconnected the two wire connection from someplace within the instrument. He wants me with my electronics experience to fix it for him. Can you provide me with a wiring schematic for this particular instrument? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Feel free to contact me if you need more information.
