Speaker cabinet

i'm looking for a cheap (up to £150 at a push) speaker cab: 4x12 2x12 or 4x10. appearance is unimportant but it must work. MUST have inpendance of 16ohms. also wonderin: is that hard to build a cab? how would u go about doin so? wud it just be cheaper to buy one?
