The reviews are in. Used the S.TALKER 2 at a gig last night. Let me just say "WOW". Powered through a Boogie Triple Rec. Effects used were a Robert Keeley modified DS-1, Holy Grail Reverb & Maxon Analog Delay.
I had some concerns that the sound would not be loud enough through the tube and that I would really have to max out my PA vocal channel. I was dead wrong. Plenty of power, lots of depth and a fabulous tone. Used it on "Sweet Emotion" and "It’s My Life". Absolute hit of the show. What a head turner! Now if I can just keep my tongue off the tube opening! Great Stuff. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you for all of your informative and kind help.
This baby rocks. If you need this type of effect, this is the one to have. The company stands behind it too! Answered every email and every question before and after I bought it. I wish these guys made more stuff!
Anyone considering the purchase of a talk box should give this one a serious look. I have owned others including the Heil and this one blows them all away. It has a better, stronger sound, it’s fuse protected (none of the others are) and the company stands behind it. On top of that, it costs less. This is one purchase I’m glad I made!
