Help.....Ineed a guitar starter pack

I am looking for an electric guitar that can hold thick strings that comes with an amp(30w),strap,pics(med),chords/cables and an effects processor if possible but, I can only afford about $200.00.
Hi. I have a friend who has a very old mandolin with orphum printed on the head. Its an A style prob.40s or 50s the body has the peaks like an F and also f holes with tortas shell pick guard. If anyone can tell us more help we have looked everywhere and know one has ever seen one before. also I have pixs if you want them.
i bought this guitar at a garage sale for my son ,the neck is a little messed up so i took it to a guitar store to get fixed. the guy said he never heard of this guitar or seen one, i was wondering if maybe someone there might know a little about it . it says orphum on the neck made in hollond theguy said that its an acoustical guitar/that someone made electric but it look likes a hollow body electric guitar and to me looks professionaly done like it was made that way.
