I have recently made a purchase from soundsmusical.com and there was a fault with it. For 5 days I attempted to contact the company with no luck. Their customer services line is permanantly unconnected. Calling their sales line leads to no help, and leaving untold emails to customer services produces no results either. I would advise against using this site because if something goes wrong with your order you have no-way to sort it out. I do not trust such online shops.
