where to find good and less expensive acoustic guitar?

hey ppl
m nish from India, who intends of stayin in australia for almost 1.5 yrs for studies..... n i wanna know where can i find a good n less expensive guitar in melbourne, as thts my place of stay. whts the price of acoustic guitars and where can i find them? is it good to come there n buy a new one or shud i carry the one i hv with me in India.

Haven't played in a long time and have dreamed of an Alembic for MANY years. Can't afford new, looking for a solid, series 1 or epic type, nothing wierd (i'm getting old) bass. Minor maks ok, no projects please! Playing in church band, nothing exotic.

I have a 96 mint conditon Alembic Epic 5 string, Bubinga top, used in studio, I play keyboards...This bass has only seen a few live gigs..must have at least $1300 for it, this one looks brand new! Will email pics if wanted.

hello, my name is Nissa, we have resently been robbed and have lost a very precious guitar. The guitar is a Music Man Stingray Mark 2 Guitar, a 1974 model. it is a six string electric guitar it is NOT a bass. It's kinda of a light wood grained colour, like gold wood grain. It is very heavy in weight. It is in a hard black pastic case with red velvet interior. it was a much loved guitar, and there is a REWARD for it's return, please forward this around to other people who may deal with second hand guitars. If you have seen anything like this guitar please contact me at aztec_rose_15_@hotmail.com This guitar is most likely still on the sunshine coast in queensland, but as it is a rare guitar it could be anywhere.
