Re: Guitar appraisal

I own one of these guitars. I like it a lot, and people keep telling me it's collectible, but the long and short of it is I see them on ebay all the time. The six strings seem to be for sale everywhere and most of them sell for $300 to $400 dollars. The twelve-strings are more rare, and sell for about $100 more.

Re: Guitar appraisal

350$

Guitar appraisal

I have very old Gibson acoustic guitar from 1929-1933. It appears to be a sunburst, Hawaiian Roy Smeck HG-22. It is fretless and set up for lap steel.

: In 1984 I purchased a used Yamaha Electric SG1500 - serial # 001891. I was wondering how old it is and what it might be worth.

Re: Guitar specifications

I have a Broadcaster. I would like some very detailed specs on things to look for to absolutely authenticate my instrument. I have been told there are body dimensions etc. that positively will ID the instrument. I cannot go by any bolt or screw on parts. Too many aftermarket stuff people can just put on. Thanks in advance.

I have inherited a 1957 Gibson electric guitar with the original case, cables and amplifier. Unfotuately it is waiting for me out of town so I do not have the exact numbers. The guitar is in mint condition (one family member owner) and has only 2 nobs on it. Please let me know if this item should be insured and for how much.

Re: Guitar appraisal

i recently purchased an Ibanez RX series gutiar. One of my friends has a base model fender guitar that he wants to trade me for my ibanez. Both guitars are in equally good condition. Good trade- bad trade on my part?

Re: Guitar appraisal

The Ibanez RX is actually a really nice guitar. The fender guitar is probably good also but what kind is it, where was it made, etc. If I was you I'd keep the Ibanez because of the guarantee of a nice guitar.
