OK I'm sure the slide guitar is tuned to open D. The chords as far as I can work out are:
Verse:
theres a riff around the the D for most of the Verses - Line three they throw in C and G
Chorus:
first time its D(12th fret) A (7th) C (10th) G (5th) - remember its slide and Open D:)
second time theres an F (3rd fret)

I think this is more or less correct but I'm open to improvements - also I havent heard the song recently as we've lost our copy of the CD!
