Starts with a D9 as follows: xx3231, where the first "3" in the sequence goes to 2, then 0, then the 2nd "x" in the sequence goes to 3, then 0. This is the basic riff. Then the other chords are D, A, C and G so that in the chorus you start with D, then A, then C then G, and then you go back to the original D9 riff. Where you have a bridge, try some of the above chords and you're there. Very basic way of doing it, not the best, but works well if you learn to play it. You can find in soulseek a version of the song which is acoustic and you can hear how they do it. It's where I worked it out from. Glad to be of help.
