HELP if you know blues lyrics!

This is a tricky one,I know....

I am after a song, dont know the singer or the title.
Its NOT old. The lyrics go like this:

"I'M SO SAD THAT THE BLUES ARE FALLING LIKE A POURING RAIN"

or something to that effect!
Do you recognise those lyrics? Do you know the song title or singer?
Can you indicate a way to find out?
