Looks like you got the verse chords pretty much right. I played around a bit with them and it's basically a C Em F patter for the verse, then it goes to an Em when she sings ...These Days.., then back to an F and then the melodic chord that ends each chorus is one that I don't know the name of but it's played like this:

2nd fret 4th string
3rd fret 5th string
3rd fret 6th string

strings 1,2,3 are just played open. Hope this helps. Pretty cool tune. Thanks for getting me started on it.
