I was playing around with the song, and I think I got the jist of it down...

Soulful Strut:

Intro: Bb--> Cm ---> Eb (x2)

Main Riff: Bbmaj7 ---> Ebmaj7 (repeat)

Bass breakdown: F - G -Bb - C - D - C (x2)

Other Breakdown: Bb ---> Eb ---> F ---> F7
