I am searching for the guitar chords and lyrics for the following hymns:
STAND TOGETHER: (Chorus is - Stand together for what you believe, work for what must be done, Love each other in all that you do, Till all my people are one.)
THEY'LL KNOW WE ARE CHRISTIANS BY OUR LOVE: (hymn begins: We are one in the spirit we are onw in the Lord)
I am not sure of the title for the final hymn, but the chorus goes like this: Sing it in the Valley, Shout it from the mountain top, Jesus came to save us, and his saving never stops. He is King of Kings and new life he brings. Sing it in the valley, Shout it from the mountain tops Oh Oh. Shout it from the mountain tops.

Here's a slightly more adventurous version of the music, an arragement by Richard D. Wetzel - found in United Methodist Hymnbook "Mil Voces Para Celebrar" Abingdon Press 1996 - the additional guitar chords give much more depth of feeling to this simple, haunting, yet strongly affirmative melody:
We are (Em)one (Bm)in the (Em)Spirit,
we are one (Bm)in the (Em)Lord,
We are (Am)one in the Spirit,
we are (Em)one (Bm)in the (Em)Lord,
And we (Am)pray that all unity may
(Em)one day (Bm7)be re(Em)stored:

It's great to have found this translated into Spanish and much-loved here in the "Uttermost End of the Earth" - St. Brendan may not have made it this far, but other faithful missionaries did, and we are continuing their work - in Río Gallegos and Ushuaia (southernmost city in the world)!
