hate to see you guys struggling with all these fake chords for such a good song, here's the accurate chords (imho) i transcribed: read the chart as a chord block, 4/4 count except in the 1st verse there is a bit of extra 2/4 measure on a 'C' chord.
*original song is in Eb, I have transposed to D to make things visually simpler.
Each Chord generally occupies one measure, but where a measure has 2 chords, I've described it as (e.g.)
Gm7 - C (i.e. half-measure Gm7 and half-measure C)
Towards the end, as he sings to a climax, note the lovely use of a F - Fmaj7 chord change to give the effect of a descending pattern: Bb Am F – Fmaj7 Dm – C
(otherwise you might have expected the F - Em chord change, but F-Fmaj7 is subtle and lovely, the bass goes to an E note in Fmaj7 because E is the maj7 note of an 'F' chord)
enjoy!
