incubus drive chords wanted

: i can read tabs, but am more confident with chords, cause i am a bassist. therefore it would be of great use to me if u can send me the chords of the song drive by incubus.

hey...i'll try and tell u the chords....they r real easy so don't worry...just remember that for the verse part u pluck the first to strings of the chord and strum the rest....(if that doesn't make sense...listen to the cd and play along)...also...since u r starting out..here's a good website for chords....www.guitartabs.cc
anyways, here goes
play Em with 3rd fret note(viz G note )on the last string
then the next chord.....play Em again but move on the last string from 3 to 2nd fret...then ....on the 2nd string play the 3rd fret (viz d) and on the 3rd string play the 2nd fret(viz E)
,then take of the finger on the 2nd string and play the 1st string...the bass E string too....repeat these four chords thruout the verse...then for the prechorus its
the 3rd chord in the verse (3rd fret on 2nd string and 2nd fret on 3rd string D and E notes) then A chord and then back to the first chord of the prechorus but add one note which is c note on the 3rd fret and 5th string ..then back to A chord.
for the chorus it's back to the verse chords.
in case u were wondering how to read tabs....the strings on ur guitar are in this order from top to down
E A D G B e...and the numbers on the strings represent the fret number....only thing is with tabs u cannot tabulate the timing....hope u get what i mean....here's to music "that doth allay the fury within"-shakespeare....take care and keep playing
