phatom noise?

I have this really strange echo when ever I palm mute or do any drastic pauses. The guitar is an LTD, ESP mf 100-fm w/floyd rose piece.Please help me w/ this problem...

I have a guitar that has been wired wrong. It has 3 pick ups 1 volume 1 tone 1 five way switch 1 two way switch. Any help anyone can give me on finding diagrams for this setup on my guitar would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
