You mentioned the Electra Guitar Page, but there is no link and I haven't been able to find it. I got an Electra MPC X730 (shaped like an SG) for $10 at the Goodwill. Yes, $10. I didn't know if it worked or sounded any good, but it was worth the risk for a through the body neck.
: I found a site that might help....The Electra Guitar Page....I have a #2249 Super Rock Custom that I bought new in '73 and found out that it is becoming a much appreciated guitar, for its sound playability and overall quality. I paid $325.00 for it and think it is worth more now, but wouldn't trade it for a real Les Paul now.
