holy grail tabs...for beginners??

hey there.
so i have found the holy grail tabs from some of the previous tabs, but i am a VERY basic player, and am just starting out. i can play the E and A chords, but have a lot of trouble playing the C#m and B chords....

is there an easier way of playing them? maybe i could play power chords instead?? thanks a lot
