guitar chords chart, where do you put your fingers?

I'm 14 years old and I am wanting to learn the guitar chords, because my dad got this cool guitar, and I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PLAY IT? if someone is willing to send me the acustic guitar, chord chart, I would be very happy, cause I am wanting to start playing.
