I own a J.watson & co- semi acoustic that I have owned,played, loved & recorded with since the early/mid 80's
: I have never seen another modle like it so can anyone give me some history details & perhaps rough value?
: It is a 'copy' in shape & style to the Gibson Es-335 TD with two pick ups& mine is an all Black finish. I cant find a serial number on it but it does have a made in Japan sticker on the back of the head.

old morris acoustic

recently bought a sad old morris (1972) acoustic f-15 at a street bazaar in Tanzania. Beautiful sound. Anybody know anything about this guitar? She need lots of TlC but appears to have a voice worth saving.

I have a Suzuki Three S AE20 and would appreciate any info about this guitar; year of manufacture, value etc? I acquired it in the early 80's as a family hand-me-down. (And it still plays beautifully.)

All that I have found is that they are no longer in production...the factory now only makes violins...so these are becoming very rare.

I was checking out guitars at the pawn shop today and I saw this beautiful shaped guitar with the most deep rich colored wood top, and when I looked inside the back was made of a real dark wood like mahogany. There was a piece missing from the machine heads and the strings were broken, and I guess that's why they were selling it for 35 bucks. Anyway I went to the music store and got a new set of machine heads and some strings for it and when I put it all back together it sounded brilliant. It makes my other classical guitar sound very lame indeed. The Suzuki has a powerful clear tone and I'm stoked.

The label inside is square with a light green pattern on it, and the words Suzuki, Model number 10. Japan

I went to the Suzuki website and it seems they make most of their classical guitars with a mahogany back and a spruce top.

It's seriously one good looking and great sounding guitar that I will treasure for life.

I've been checking out guitars new and old all over the place for months and this one has the best wood I've seen yet, and the nicest shape.

Suzuki classical No. 18

I have a No. 18 that needs a good home. I can't find any info about it. Can anybody help? Some kind of a trade might be possible-like for a good flat-top.

I think I got this guitar in the early 70's. I never used it much but it has some finish problems from years in storage. Help

I bought my WH-350 #10993 in 1984 @ Eddies Music in Berkeley Ca. for $200 w/ soft case. Haven't played in in several years, it lives in Vermont now.

I have acquired a 9651 as a birthday gift from my sister in law. She bought it new in Germany in 1975. I'm trying to find out more about it, but that answers the date of manufacture question. It's a great instrument.

So, I've got a Suzuki Violin Company acoustic guitar passed down to me, and I've been told it's worth quite a bit. Nobody knows any stories with it, but it's in superb condition, and the ID number on the inside of the body is 9, I'm just wondering if anyone has any clue about these guitars. Thanks!

i have owned this semi-qacoustic for 5 years, it is spotless and has avery rich sound. i don't like the gold hardware that suzuki usd but each to there own. i don't playt so much now and was looking for some advice on what price to sell her for?

I have a jumbo body guitar with washburn inlaid in the tuning area. It also has a washburn label inside with the model W400 printed on it. I've contacted washburn and they say they don't have records going back to 1971 when I purchased it.
