Suzuki copy of Martin D35

I have a Suzuki acoustic guitar that I inherited from my Grandpa. He bought it from a pawn shop in the early 70's. It is a direct copy of a Martin D35: 3 piece split back; pearl inlay around the binding and sound hole; Martin styled headstock and tuners. It plays beautifully!I was wondering if anyone has any information as to the approximate age and worth of the guitar (not that I would EVER sell it!).
