Brand new 1996 model (New Original Stock) Grover Designed Washburn Guitar and tweed hardshell Case. Paid over 425$ retail for the axe alone 5 years ago and haven't ever used it! Paid another 80 for the case!
(I had silly notions of giving up the drums!)

My friend is looking for an electric with a body "about the size of a two by four". He managed to get his leg chopped off, and I guess it's difficult to hold a regular size guitar. I suggested those hikeing/campsite guitars but he wants an electric. Any help?
Look at musicyo.com for the Spirit Steinberger copies. They're decently made and very playable, and have pretty good flexibility of tone. Plus they're cheap!

I've seen "guitar teacher" software in the stores but they all seem to be for beginners. Is there anything out there for more advanced players? Also, is there something that you can play music into, and it returns the tablature or sheet music?
Ihave always wondered how other people string up with these.Can the little blocks that hold the string down wear out?I have problems making unwound strings grip.

well its kinda hard to say but from what you describe
"problems making unwound strings grip"...I'd say you need to do 1 of 2 things:
1.) tighten your blocks harder when you replace your strings.
OR
2.) Buy new blocks cause your current ones may be worn out in some way...
...Either way I love double locking tremolos its just that they are pretty darn delicate pieces of equipment, and you have to know what you are doing with them or something is gonna break.

Just copy that to your browser and read over it. Its a good explaination for new floyd users, I think you'll enjoy it man! Just keep playing with your floyd, they are awesome!!!
I don't think there are any patches on the net as far as web sites go. I think it is harder to get the exact details off the ax100g than it is off other effects units. I guess you just need to pick up an ear for sounds and tinker until you get it. If you do find any patches then please lets me know!

Gibson and Marshall all the way,sorry T'm partail to the warm Gibson tone,fenders are nice too,but what it really boils down to is pick it up,play it,and if it feels good ,sounds good,that's the one,regardless of brandname.You can't go wrong that way,also be patient
and shop around,don't get pressured by salespeople either,take your time and you'll be glad you did later!

Invader is the only way to go for hard rock, punk, and metal. It really crunches up even the crunchiest amp distortion due to its extremely high output. Get the Invader. Note that is has a slight crunchy sound even on a clean channel but it backs off if you turn down your guitar volume to about 6-7. Very quiet also (Less feedback I mean.)
I know someone who sells his bassamp (150W) for like 165 bucks. It is a really good deal. But I was just wondering if I can play my guitar (Gibson LP Standard) through this bassamp. Will this damage my guitar or amp? If anyone knows the answer, mail me plz.

You can use the bass amp for your Les,but you are going to lose alot of mid to high (treble) tone,it'll be ok if you are into the baritone guitar/7 string
sound,like Staind,where you get alot of low end "chunk",but you can forget the screaming leads above the 12th fret. You won't damage the amp or the guitar just try it out before you buy it and see if you like the sound.

Do not use a guitar through a bass amp! It will work..but if used for any length of time..the speaker will fry when you start using the bass through it. I know!!!! I learned the hard way. The impendence just changes to much.
Yes a bass amp can be used for elctric guitar amplification but the freq. response will not be very good from 4KHz up since bass amps produce good sound sound on the lower frequency spectrum only.Furthermore, the guitar will sound "muddy" if use with a bass amp.

I play bass, but sometimes I plug my electic or acoustic in to my bass amp, you loose the high end sound, but you do what you gotta do when its time to play.

Yes you can, the bassamp is gonig to give you a different sound, you should listen the bassamp with your guitar and tehn decide. The thing that you can´t do is plug a bass in your guitar amp.

Guitar teacher software
I've seen "guitar teacher" software in the stores but they all seem to be for beginners. Is there anything out there for more advanced players? Also, is there something that you can play music into, and it returns the tablature or sheet music?

: I know someone who sells his bassamp (150W) for like 165 bucks. It is a really good deal. But I was just wondering if I can play my guitar (Gibson LP Standard) through this bassamp. Will this damage my guitar or amp? If anyone knows the answer, mail me plz.

the sound you will get with bass amp isn´t good enough for your guitar . you should buy a guitar amp
