How to adjust truss rod to a Ibanez Guitar?

Recently I have bought an Ibanez Guitar.Now the thing
is that I just want to adjust the truss rod to the
guitar. But I don't know the exact way of adjusting. So
I am asking for help. I also want all the guitar chords
of the songs of the band "Air Supply". If someone can
