Whenever I play barre chords my wrist gets sharp sudden pains--possibly carpal tunnel beginnings? I try to keep the neck pretty high where it's comfortable, and my thumb low, but that stuff isn't helping with the barre chords.
: Sorry, got cut off. Anyway, I've tried tilting the guitar but my wrist is still at a bad angle. Does anyone have advice? What have you tried? I'm wondering if being a girl and having smaller ahnds causes more of a problem with this?
