need a P.A. for practice, what do you suggest

: our band needs a PA or something to run the vocals through for practice sessions. we practice in the frontmans garage and we each have a marshall half stack which puts out enough power to make us wear ear plugs when we practice. What would be a good P.A for vocals, we are kinda on a budget around $800. any sugestion. thanks a lot.
