"Zero Stabilizer"

: I have just purchased a Carvin DC-400 with a Floyd Rose and find it INCREDABLY hard to tune and keep in tune. The owner of my local guitar shop has told me that is because I have a Floyd Rose and that those problems come with the territory. One of my friends told me that there is a thing called a "Zero Stabilizer" that will fix it so that the bridge doesn't move unless you use the tremolo bar... I need to know if there is such a thing and if there is, where I can get one. Thank you.
