Amp simulator

I used Alien Connections Revalver, the demo, but there's
a lot of noise, which I understand is added as a demo
feature. Does anyone know if the full version operates
smoothly and better than the demo version for comparison?
and did anyone try out the line6 amp simulator software?
Is it worth it?
