Setup: Laney VC 100 and Boss GT-3

: Hi, : how do I set up my Laney with the GT-3 correctly? The amp has like millions of effects loops and settings. I want to use the Laney`s distortion and clean channel, and occasionally switch on the modulation effects of the GT-3, so that they are available on BOTH the clean and the overdrive channel of the Laney, and without the GT-3 degrading the signal in any way. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thx.
