Can you tell me how old is this KAY Guitar ????

I was wondering if anyone could help me date this Kay Acoustic Guitar? The serial number I found on it is L1380 3500. This guitar has a sunburst type of finish and is in good shape. From what I heard from my girlfriend it was given to her father back possibly in the 20's or 30's.

BEIGE COLOR TIGER KINDA STRIPING SORT OF RED COLORED
