: : Does anyone know where I can get any info on the "Breezysound" Telecaster copy, and the Les Paul copy please? I've got two different breezysound guitars which are superb, a 50's copy and a 60's copy, they sound totally different and the yone control is better than USA standard Teles - I'm trying to find a Les Paul copy to try and possibly buy.

Tokai made quite a few variations of teles. Some were stock Fender knock-offs, others customized creations. I don't think that you can find any one source for history. I just recently found a "breezysound" tele that has a rosewood fretboard, bound body with a (curly maple?) laminated top, and six-position bridge. A bit beat up, but quite the player. I would guess that Tokai made just about all of the major Tele models at some point. All Parts guitars is now the US distributor.
