Is it the strings buzzing or your pickups buzzing when you are not playing and the volume is on?
If it is your pickups you can check two things.
One try and move away from your amp, teles love to buzz and fi a light is on the same frequenct as it then she will make noise.
Second make sure that the electrical tape seperating the pick ups from the rest of the body, underneath the pickups is still there.
If it is still ther ethen go and get some more of that kind of tape and pu tmore on your guitar. See if that helps.
