I'd like to find out something about this guitar... I recently bought it at a pawnshop and tested this guitar alongside several others...Alvarez, Yahama, etc. it has a beautiful, sound, full and resonant... but I don't know anything about it... does anyone know anything about when, where, etc this model was made? how old it is etc.... thanks!

I have one passed on from my dad. I'm pretty sure he got it in the mid 1980's. Compared to older gibsons, its not that resonant, but I agree that it is better than the mid range yamaha's and alvarez. Mine has a paper sticker inside that says made in Japan.
