Pretty much every amp can have a neutral sound, just depends on how you set it. I do fine with a Univox, and it doesn't even have effects selection. You want LOUD then I'd suggest Pervey, Univox, and definitely, Marshall. I'd definitely go with Marshalls, because they are so much more flexible as to what they have and what you can add on to them.
