That sucks, I had it too, I got one of those brace things and wore it at night for awhile and it helped, but it still comes back especially after playing hard for days at a time. Stretching helps, and warming up till everything loosens up, I used to warm up on the first song or two but after years now I have to before hand or my speed just isn't up to par... the best thing is not playing, if you have a couple of days between shows don't play or just practice sparingly and pay attention to your technique...holding that guitar down low is gonna make it even worse. The bad news is it's not going to go away, and will probally get worse, all you can really do now is try to keep it from getting worse. But hey alot of people have it and still rock, so keep playing, just take steps to minimize it.

: someone please help. i have developed tendonitis or carpel tunnel in my left fretting wrist. i play both bass and guitar and i am in terrible pain and have gigs to play. can someone direct me to a source of info that could help.
: thx.
