>>>As far as materials and construction, most brand new $200 accoustics are going to be the same, regardless of brand name. That being said, Yamaha makes some pretty good low budget accoustics. I highly recomend saving up about $400 and buying a used accoustic. Used will get you alot more accoustic guitar than new. Esspecially in the price range you are in. Keep on Jammin'
