AOL meanies!I love the Bettencourt axes.They usually stock Bill Lawrence pickups(Double Bladed),which are known to WAX NASTY!!If this is the case,I'd keep those
pickups.The style of PAF pickups vary...Gibson,Seymore,
Dimarzio ect.ect.The Dimarzio PAF Pro is very good,
especially for ROCK.The regular PAF(Dimarzio)are nice and warm,good for Rythym.I'd look into this further if I were you,take your time and pick your sound carefully.
