I have a 1972 wine colored Chet Atkins Nashville that is in mint condition that i would not sell for less than 1500 bucks. Actually, i wouldn't sell it if offered 1500, it's value has more to do with other things than it's market value. The value of it depends as much on what it takes for you to let it go and what a seller is willing to give for it as anything else.
