How good is this package

I've been playing the acoustic for a while now and am thinking of upgrading to an electric, am thinking of getting an Epiphone Special II, a Peavey Rage 158 amp and a Zoom 505 II effect box, any advice on these models of gear for a beginner electric guitarist. Also the guitar dosen't come with a wammy bar, how important is that?
