Hi! I am about to buy used Carvin DC200. Can you tell me anything about it’s neck? Is it thicker than Ibanez’s Wizard or Super Wizard necks? I don’t believe that it is… What about comparing this DC200 with Jackson DKMG or PS-4, for example? Any experience of this neck?

I have been playing with my RG550 and this DC200. I can tell you that my rg’s neck is far more thicker than DC200. Hope this helps you.

I agree with nick69. I got the dc200 by myself and i have also one of those Ibanez RG’s (and it has that wizard neck, i think). Because of the thickness that wizard neck has it is faster neck than that in dc200. Anyway i would still rate my carvin better than this rg because it has maybe a little bit harder touch and my touch is quite light with my ibanez. DC200 is very good guitar even if it doesn’t have the fastest neck and it is a neck-thru model too!
