Les Paul Custom I.D.

Have Creme and Gold Plated Les Paul Custom suposed anniversary issue with S/N 06 210596.\
I'd like to verify the year but Gibson's method is confusing. I have no "aniversary" printed on guitar anywhere. Could this be a re-issue instead?
