Charvel Acoustic Surfcaster Bass

I recently acquired a Charvel Surfcaster Bass, not the usual with 2 lipstick pickups etc. but this one is an acoustic with built in active pickup and eq.
Can anyone give me any information on it such as manufacture year, value or anything.
