buy one - playing & learning takes a long time - at 55 I think I am begining to try to put in place years of listening and watching chord fingering from TV or Video - Authentic sound is the key: the House of the Rising Sun(for instance is a classic) but played on a cheap or copy does not sound the same on a Variax + Spider 112 it all comes together! My first guitar was a Watkins Rapier (in 1963 £72) lovely, but sold on to the Regimental Band of the Scots Guards in 1979.
