Hmm.Pickups)For Metal I'd go with the PAF pro D'marzio,
or Seymore Duncan SH-5 or SH-6.If you like active stuff
maybe the EMG humbuckers.It'll roast your amp.Carvin
M-22's are very good.
HALF STACK)Don't know much about those.I'd use a combo
or single speaker amp for mobility.The Fender HOT ROD
Deville seem good.Played on one Christmas eve.Oh yeah,
Carvin stuff(older)is very good.Marshalls are good.
Guitars)I love the ESP's.MH-300,have easy action,small
neck width,24 frets,locking trem. The pickups aren't bad.
Acoustic/Electric)Played a Takamine,very nice!
Those are some of my personal choices,but take your time and try many things.
