I hear ya.But stay loose,don't change your strings,use the axe that you've been working with.I'd try not to practice the night before,this will cause more tension.
One or two bad notes wont kill ya,but song structure is most important.Keep it simple,don't experiment with
new riffs or scales.But just RELAX,let the tunes flow thruogh you.
