still humming still nosie gibson nighthawk

I went ahead and shielded the whole guitar with copper tape and continuity tested the tape
to make sure I had a closed cercuit form pick up cavitiy to the eclectronics to the bridge. I also soldered a new wire through out to ground. But it is still humming. I got the instructions from guitarnut. What now?
